(1) The sealing machine should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, and the general room temperature should be maintained at about 25 degrees Celsius.

(2) For every 48 hours of operation, 6 # oil should be added to the moving parts, mainly in gears, bearings and gearboxes.

(3) Dust should be removed regularly to keep the whole machine clean. When not in use, try to pull out the power supply and cover it with a cloth.

(4) If the running time is too long, the cooling fan should be turned on before shutdown, and then shut down after the temperature drops, because if it is not cooled, the high temperature belt will be easily damaged.

(5) High temperature zone should regularly remove dirt to ensure sealing quality.

(6) Seriously worn parts should be replaced in time to prolong the life of the whole machine.
